Its great that someones taken some initative, and it looks like a good plan.

Its very important to understand that is does not represent the views of the majority. Just a small handful who went to some PRA sponsored meetings.

So far 6phr, your views are the only once that appear unrepresented. I'd call that a 'minority'.

Nice to have something positive for the whole community and a refreshing change from banging on about turbines.
