Although 'Green' is the buzz word of the day and turbines are the current direction, we could also do a lot to minimise our demand on fuel. I'm sure if we each turn off a light bulb the threat of turbines won't go away, but it would be a step in the right direction.

I've put a timer on my hot water, but too soon to know if it's made a difference.
