"Preserve Pauatahanui Society consists of a group of concerned residents who wish to ensure that any wind-farm development in the Pauatahanui region proceeds only if it is sited in an environmentally sustainable way that is responsible to the community"
So far i've established that Preserve Pauatahanui is behind puketiro.org. I've also searched out the companies register for the Incorporated society, and the domain name registrations for puketiro.org and puketiro.org.nz.. All of which point to various addressing in Moonshine road.
Could someone elobrate how many people are in the "group", and do all the members live in moonshine road?

I'm not in Moonshine Rd but I do agree with the work that the Puketiro group are doing. This impacts on all of Pauatahanui, not just one or two roads.

If you really want to know (and have worked out that Preserve Pauatahanui and puketiro.org are the same) why don't you contact them through info@puketiro.org.

Because id like to know what/who i was talking to prior to this.. Right now, it seems that puketiro.org /pp is just a few individuals ( who all live in moonshine road ), who are grumpy about a few old windmills down their road...
Or am i wrong, and is this a majority of the people who live in pauatahanui?

From my experience, Puketiro.org / Preserve... etc are a large group of well informed people. Grumpy? Can't say. Not that I have noticed. I'm sure they'll all be present on Sunday so I intend to go along. I hear plenty of people are going. Hope so.

Far more than 100 are concerned and I would encourage them all to support the group(s) actively involved.
